Had a great dinner last night, pizza and pasta. As I mentioned last night, we are now down 1 rider. He says he doesn't remember how or way he crashed. Showed us his helmet which was smashed. Always where a helment. Today we are riding from St Helen's to Welches Oregon. It's 75 miles with lots of climbing the last 30 miles. Just took a prophylactic motrin!
